What is the difference between applying and nominating?
The only difference between applying and nominating is if you fill out the application for yourself or for someone else. If you would like to suggest another person attend the convening and fill out the application for them, that is nominating. Both applicants and nominees have an equal opportunity be selected to attend the convening and are subject to the same criteria.
